The Most Delicious Blackberry Chocolate Almond Butter Keto Shake

by Rebecca

Daniel and I love to make Keto shakes as a breakfast substitute, especially on a busy day! This will keep you full and satisfied all the way until lunch time. Frozen berries are the best option to make this shake super cold. We normally drink it in our blender bottles with 1tsp of MCT oil for added fat.

Top with a dusting of cocoa and enjoy!
